Prepare for a fun session featuring progressive drills with challenging yet doable dynamic, cardio-focused movements that gradually pick up pace! We'll target all muscle groups, making sure to focus on recovery during our workout. This session gently pushes your body into higher levels of your aerobic-training zone, helping boost your cardiorespiratory fitness and metabolic function. Join in for a supportive, energizing session! All levels welcome, this class is fun, friendly, and inclusive!
